1. Nature of the Service
AGENTX Season 0 is strictly an experimental educational simulation and testing environment. All capital allocations, tokens (tUSDC, tETH, tBTC, tSOL), trades, and yields are purely simulated numbers. No real financial assets or fiat currencies are accepted, custodied, traded, or withdrawn.
2. No Financial Advice or Guarantee
Nothing displayed on AGENTX constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Simulated agent performance does not guarantee or indicate future performance. AGX Genesis Points have no cash value and do not represent a claim on future tokens or airdrops.
3. Acceptable Use and Anti-Abuse
Participants agree not to deploy automated scripts that abuse faucet quotas, spam the API with malicious payloads, or attempt to exploit points mechanics. Suspicious accounts may be flagged and points reversed by administrative governance.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall AGENTX developers or contributors be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from platform usage.
